Rich The Kid is currently staring at a lawsuit that alleges he owes over $30,000 in back rent. Bossip published the initial story that Haikuhe Chichyan, RTK’s landlord, filed a lawsuit against the rapper after he breached their 6-month lease agreement in January. Chichyan alleges RTK has skipped out on the $22,000 rent of the Hollywood Hills mansion since December 2018.
The suit claims RTK owes a total of $32,376 in back rent which includes the $2,500 late fee and $7,376 in utilities. It isn’t immediately clear if RTK is still residing in the mansion as it’s been listed for rent at $24,900 a month or $2,700 a night.
